for Physicians and Medical Practice Office Staff about Reporting Updates to
the WellSpan Online Directory
Reporting
changes: To
report changes to the information found in the WellSpan online directory, please contact
Betsy Stough in Physician Referral & Information Service at 851-3448,
or at bstough@wellspan.org. Adding
a physician photo to his/her directory listing: If
a physician appears in our online directory without a photograph, it means we do
not have a formal portrait on file. Here are two options for
physicians to submit a photograph to be posted:
- Send us your photo (formal
portraits, please) and we will scan it. Photos can be directed to
WellSpan eHealth, WellSpan Office Center, 45 Monument Road, Suite 200, York,
PA 17403.
- A digital portrait can be taken on the first floor of
the York Hospital Education Pavilion. Contact Paul Schreck at 851-2936 to arrange an appointment.
Adding a link to a practice website:
Simply send us a letter, on practice letterhead, for our files with the
request. Please include the website address and the names of all the
physicians who's listing should include the link.
This letter can be directed to

PA 17403.
